He took time to explain things to me and went above and beyond to help me which meant the world to me. Audi Lexington should be proud to have a guy like him on their team. Service department is excellent. Traveling between states was running low on oil. Promptly took care of me.
The staff is always awesome and they reach out before they do anything, so I never have to worry about unexpected charges / repairs. I switched to Audi from Infiniti and have not regretted it once. When the time comes I’ll be buying another Audi.

They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to be around and speak to. I don’t know what kind of training or how you find these people but this is a real five star place. We received great service from Brandon and Dalton (manager) from the moment we arrived. Brandon took the time to listen to exactly what type of vehicle we were looking for. As we looked through the options, he was never pushy. We left to explore other options but later came back to make the purchase. Brandon and the team made the process quick and easy with great customer service.

We bought a certified preowned Q4 sport back prestige last month and the car has been terrific. Tito is amazing to work with along with the whole team. The car was missing a second key and Tito called around to see if it was in the wild, and when he couldn’t track it down, the make one courtesy in about 50 minutes. Service department was also friendly and lights above domestic dealerships we have had to deal with for years as this was our first German car. Ask for Tito if you’re heading in, does a great job.

Yesterday I had my first service done on my A8 which I purchased from Audi of Lexington. The purchase went smoothly as did the servicing. My only concern is that I had asked for a loaner car when I made the appointment over two weeks ago and they didn’t have one for me. I did get a text the afternoon before the appointment warning me that a loaner would not be available. I appreciate the heads-up and I was able to reschedule meetings for that day. I purchased a new vehicle recently from another Audi dealership. My vehicle had the front license plate installed. We weren’t sure if there were parts we needed to replace if we removed the plate. I called this dealership and spoke to Tito. He was able to answer all of the questions we had to remove the plate safely. Folks, he didn’t even sell me this car but gave me his time and expertise. Tito was great. I wanted a certain car that was not on hand. Tito found one in another state and covered shipping. Rest of deal was transparent with no add-ons snuck in. Over all it was like buying from a small town dealer who you knew from childhood and was your fishing buddy.

Purchased a used Mazda CX-50 from Audi Lexington in December of 2025. Easy process; was able to get everything started over the phone with Bonnie before I drove in from out of state to sign and drive back. I was hoping to spend a little less on the vehicle but I was able to work with them to get more for my trade after the initial quote. It was easy to make an appointment via phone for my car’s annual service. Chris was efficient and friendly during the intake process and provided me with a loaner vehicle as I requested. The service was performed seamlessly and Chris was very gracious when I arrived late to pick up my car.

I have been trying to cancel my gap coverage for three months and after being assured it was cancelled I found out it was not. No one will answer calls or respond to emails.

Scammers. Walked in approved for a loan from the local credit union then find out a month later they swapped the loan provider without telling us wich resulted in us owing 13k on a 5k used vehicle from 2015. Never going to this place again. I work for triple A so I will recommend to any of my members looking for a new car to avoid this place like the plague.
After using Kia roadside assistance, my Telluride had to be towed to this service company because they were the closest. This was on a Sunday morning. I called first thing Monday morning to 1. make sure the car was there and 2. Get and estimate on when I would be able to pick it up.

My car is not drivable due to a malfunction and recall with Kia’s manufacturing. My entire engine has to be replaced which is covered under Kia’s lifetime warranty. However this dealer promised a loaner car while my car undergoes repairs, but after 7 days has done nothing to accommodate my issue. Our buying experience was great. However, 3 months later our vehicle completely shut down due to engine failure. This is a newer vehicle that came with what they will tell everyone, an "excellent extended warranty." One reason we went with Kia was because of this so called "great warranty". Excellent staff, excellent service, and fantastic vehicles! We bought a Sorento 3 years ago and love it so much and had such great maintaince at Cartown KIA that we just bought a Niro.
Did not honor the price they agreed to and signed off on. Finance Director withheld breakdown of costs from me (he gave me a USB drive with documents, even though he was sending docs to his printer), so I didn't see an unauthorized charge for about $600 that I was never informed of when I made the deal, which was only supposed to add taxes, title and license. I asked for refund of unauthorized charge but was refused. Be prepared to pay surprise add-on costs if you want to do business here.

I had both good and bad experiences when I purchased a used car in May 2024. I got a car I like, and the people on staff were pleasant. They sent me home with the purchase contract on a flash drive, which I could not get to work. I went back a month or so later and asked them to print the information on the flash drive. They did so. Chris Brown was an outstanding representative of KIA. He worked diligently to get a car and price that worked for me.
We came to look at a forte GT-Line which we saw online. It was small and difficult to enter and exit. Chris persuaded us to try the soul. Despite not caring for it's appearance it was functional, easier to enter and exit and surprisingly well equipped.
Always professional, fast and clean. Im always treated with respect and given quality service with plenty of timely feedback.

We purchased our Kia Sedona at Cartown Kia in Nicholasville. Ever since we have had it we have only had it serviced with them. They are ver pleasant to deal with and they take care of our service needs at our regular oil changes, recalls or any service needed. They usually complete the service with a courtesy car wash which I love.

For more than ten years I have been coming to Car Town KIA in Nicholasville. They always treat me well. They are thorough when going over the routine service with me. They are also quite helpful in advising me when best to replace tires, belts and such. This visit was no exception. They were quick to perform the routine oil change and other service and returned my car to me cleaner and shinier than when I pulled in. I look forward to coming here for many more years.

This is one of the worst dealerships I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. The service department is abysmal. They have no communication skills. Their technicians and advisors have no idea what they’re doing. Whoever responds to their countless one star reviews uses the same generic response over and over. They will not reply to your e-mails or phone calls. Do not shop or get service here. You will regret it. We have a 2022 Kia and every time we’ve had it at this dealer it has been a fiasco. I was 30 mins early and still took close to 2 hours for oil change.
This review is not about the product, but rather the people. The people are friendly and what I'd describe as typical sales people. There is some pressure to make a purchase, perhaps before you're ready to do so. Had a problem with navigation working. Went there, explained my issue to Jeff. Jeff said it needed to be diagnosed, make an appointment for drop off could be 4 days. Made appointment for the following Friday, I dropped the truck Thursday evening. Get a phone call Fri 7:55 AM saying they were getting their phones to connect, it's my phone with the issue. We could have figured this issue out in 5 min if he would have walked over checked. The time it took him to put my info in for the appointment, y'all could have figured that out.

I leased a vehicle. A few weeks later, my husband purchased a used vehicle outright It's already been back in service twice. The staff are incompetent and do not have the knowledge required to address concerns. We were advised that my license plate would arrive prior to my temp tag expiring. That was inaccurate. We were told we had to register in Indiana. That was incorrect. They provided an unsigned lease, which couldn't be utilized by the BMV to complete my registration. Tire pressure should have been checked before leaving with vehicle. Got about 10 miles away when the low tire indicator came on. Stopped at a tire store, both front tires were at only 25psi and should have been 35 psi. Cody was great to work with and would recommend him.

Fraudulent business practice. Final cost of vehicle was $10,000 more than sticker price and I can't find anyone who'll provide me with a copy of the sales sheet showing details. When I wouldn't accept the trade-in offer of $2500 general manager changed it to $6500. He failed to tell me that the $4,000 difference would be added to the sticker price. I was also charged for some kind of treatment package but don't know what that is nor do I have any paperwork regarding it. I would never recommend that dealership.

In purchasing, too many people standing about doing nothing, playing with cell phones, not even addressing potential customers. In the delivery portion you caused destruction to me and my family that may take years to correct if ever! No-one knew how to correct it, constantly referred us to off-site support. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. Delivery people were untrained and inexperienced, lacking knowledge and experience about the cars and their controls, and even everyday common knowledge.
Great vehicle with so many safety features it's unbelievable. Extremely comfortable and loads of storage space. Would highly recommend!
